Questions to Consider in a Tech Plan (RECOMMENDED!)
The Federal E-Rate program provides extensive discounts for school technology infrastructure. The program requires an approved technology assessment and technology plan. The first link gives an overview, the second provides more detailed guidance, and the third provides a list of detailed questions for you plan (Very Helpful!). - Corning Union SD Tech Plan Website
The Corning Union Elementary School District in California has posted their 2005-2010 technology plan along with the process they followed to create and approve it. It's a great site to see the whole planning process at work.
